Terms of Service

The Portal is provided to clients of Breezy Growth and their invited team members as part of an engagement governed by a signed service agreement. If these Terms conflict with your company's signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Fees, deal structure, and deliverables are defined in that agreement, not in these Terms.

Portal accounts are created by Breezy Growth or via invitation from your company's portal users. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. Access may be suspended or removed when an engagement ends or when these Terms are violated.

You agree not to misuse the Portal — including attempting to access data belonging to another client, probing or disrupting the service, scraping the Portal, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Data in the Portal (leads, campaign content, reporting) is provided for your company's business use in connection with our services.

The Portal offers optional integrations with third-party services (for example, Google Calendar). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect integrations at any time from within the Portal. How we handle data from integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Portal, including its software and design, is owned by Breezy Growth. Campaign materials and data produced for your company under an engagement are handled as set out in your service agreement.

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breezy Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal, and our total liability related to the Portal is limited to the amounts your company paid to Breezy Growth in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email travis@breezygrowthai.com.
