Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email address, company, and role, provided when your portal account is created or you accept an invitation.
• Client campaign data — campaign content, lead records, call outcomes, billing records, and messages exchanged through the Portal in the course of our services to your company.
• Usage data — log and device information (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically to keep the Portal secure and reliable.
• Google user data — described separately below.

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, the Portal requests access to your Google account's email address, your list of calendars, your calendars' free/busy information, and — where you grant it — the ability to create calendar events. We use this data solely to:

• display which Google account is connected;
• determine when you are available so call times offered to prospects reflect your real schedule; and
• create calendar events for calls you book through the Portal.

We store OAuth tokens and the minimum connection details (account email, timezone, and calendar identifiers) in our encrypted database. We do not store the contents of your calendar events. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below acting on our behalf. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect your calendar at any time from the Portal (My Calendar or Integrations page), which deletes the stored tokens, or revoke the Portal's access from your Google account permissions.

We use the information above to provide and improve our services: operating the Portal, running and reporting on campaigns for your company, scheduling and confirming calls, invoicing, providing support, and keeping the Portal secure. We do not sell personal information.

The Portal runs on infrastructure and services that process data on our behalf, including Vercel (hosting), Convex (database), WorkOS (authentication), Google (calendar integration, where connected), and the email and outreach platforms used to run your campaigns. Each provider processes data only as needed to operate the service.

We retain portal data for as long as your company has an active engagement with Breezy Growth, and as required for legal and accounting purposes afterwards. You may request deletion of your personal data or your company's portal data by emailing travis@breezygrowthai.com. Disconnecting Google Calendar deletes the stored Google tokens immediately.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with encryption at rest. Access to client data is limited to the Breezy Growth team members and your company's authorized portal users.
